MUSIC TECH CAMP
GRADES 9TH - 12TH
July 21st - 25th 9am - 4pm Daily
Tuition: $400/$325/$250
Tiered on a pay what you can scale.
Students explore music recording basics and get hands-on experience setting up recording sessions, mic'ing up a band, mixing, lighting, and more. An incredible hands-on approach to learning about sound, recording, and all things live music. Students going into 9th grade and up. Offered 2 times over summer break.

Eric Frank
Eric Frank, a native of the Wenatchee Valley, is our Technical Director at Icicle Creek Center for the Arts. He graduated from Cashmere High School in 1990 and received a BS in Computer Science from Central Washington University in 2003. Eric has worked in a Music Stores, played in several local bands touring much of the Northwest, ran his sound company, Sound Advice, for 15 years, and ran a recording studio. Along with the work he does here at ICCA, he also does sound work for Wenatchee High School musical theater productions, the Apple Blossom Pageant and Festival, and many other local music events. When not working, Eric enjoys hiking, mountain biking, traveling, playing guitar and bass in bands, and playing board games.

Camp directors will reach out prior to the start of camp with a list of items that should or should not be brought to camp.

Camp may differ with rules concerning cell phones and electronics but generally, our camps are screen free spaces. Camp directors will include more information concerning devices as camp dates approach.

There are lots of places to stay in Leavenworth. The Sleeping Lady Resort is right next door to Icicle Creek Center for the Arts or you can visit leavenworth.org to explore more options.
