Join us for the 2025 Rock Camp at Icicle Creek Center of the Arts! Jam out on your instrument of choice and take your skills to the next level. You will get to team up with some local music legends here in North Central Washington who are professionals in their craft to learn about the art of the jam, how to prepare for a gig, theory, ear training, and working collaboratively with others. Campers will also learn to work with PA setup, sound tech work, and how to care for gear.

Domingo Gonzalez
CAMP DIRECTOR & INSTRUCTOR
Domingo is a local musician and educator from Cashmere, WA. He obtained a degree in Music Education from the University of Idaho in 2015, spending 5+ years teaching through Cashmere and Eastmont school districts. He joined the ICCA staff in 2024 as the Community Arts Manager.His involvement in the valley has included contributing vocals, instrumentals, and conducting in the Leavenworth Summer Theater, Icicle Creek Youth Symphony, Wenatchee Big Band, Apple Blossom Musicals, Hot August Nights, Holiday Spice, and the Wenatchee Follies among many others. Apart from performing and volunteering in the theater and other local groups, Domingo is also a member of the board of directors for the Numerica PAC.

Eric Frank
INSTRUCTOR
Eric Frank, a native of the Wenatchee Valley, is our Technical Director. He graduated from Cashmere High School in 1990 and received a BS in Computer Science from Central Washington University in 2003. Before coming to ICCA, Eric has worked in a Music Store for 10 years, played in several local bands touring much of the Northwest, ran his sound company Sound Advice for 15 years, as well as ran a recording studio. Along with the work he does here at ICCA, he also does sound work for Wenatchee High School musical theater productions, the Apple Blossom Pageant and Festival, and many other local music events. When not working, Eric enjoys hiking, mountain biking, traveling, playing guitar and bass in bands, and playing board games.

Mike Conrad
INSTRUCTOR
Mike has been teaching drums and percussion in the Wenatchee area for
the past 35 years. He has performed throughout North Central Washington
with various jazz, rock and blues musicians. Other past musical
experiences include playing with the Wenatchee Brass Band, Wenatchee Big
Band, Wenatchee Symphony, and the University of Calgary Wind Ensemble.
Mike received his Bachelor of Music degree in Percussion Performance at
Central Washington University. -
Mike Bills
INSTRUCTOR
Mike started his musical journey at age 18, when he asked for a guitar for his birthday. He started learning basic chords, and learned how to play some simple songs within a few weeks. He still remembers the first time he was finally able to play that first clean F bar chord. Within three years, Mike was playing in a band that played most weekends in local clubs and bars around Missoula, Montana. Mike has continued playing live music since then. He’s currently playing in three different bands, along with playing at least one solo gig each week. Since first learning guitar, Mike has also expanded into playing slide guitar in several open tunings; and playing lap steel guitar in open E and C6 tunings.

Will Chisholm
INSTRUCTOR
Will is a local educator and musician, who constantly seeks out different performance and teaching opportunities as a drummer, percussionist and teacher. Recently he has performed with the Wenatchee Valley Symphony Orchestra, The Lake Chelan Jazz Band, Quincy Valley Allied Arts and Musical Theatre of Wenatchee. Prior to moving up to North Central Washington in 2003, Will was playing in clubs in Portland with a variety of groups ranging from funk, thrash, jazz, bluegrass and rock. He also had a three year teaching opportunity in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia where he was in a teacher band that played in local clubs.
Will has a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance & Political Science, and a Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of Portland. He is currently teaching instrumental music at Sterling Junior High in the Eastmont School District. He is also on the board of directors for Stage Kids, a member of the Columbia Chorale, and assists with the Eastmont High School Percussion ensemble.

Rhia Foster
INSTRUCTOR
Rhia Foster teaches music and vocal technique at Wenatchee Valley College, Icicle Creek Center for the Arts, and privately. She studied at vocal performance at Berklee College of Music and sings with a neo-soul band called Umami Dearest.

Camp may differ with rules concerning cell phones and electronics but generally, our camps are screen free spaces. Camp directors will include more information concerning devices as camp dates approach.
