THEATER CAMP

GRADES 7TH - 12TH

July 28th - August 1st 9am - 4pm Daily

Tuition: $400/$325/$250
Tiered on a pay what you can scale.

Students explore music recording basics and get hands-on experience setting up recording sessions, mic'ing up a band, mixing, lighting, and more. An incredible hands-on approach to learning about sound, recording, and all things live music. Students going into 9th grade and up. Offered 2 times over summer break.

  • Corey McDaniel

    With over 30 professional years in the performing arts, Corey has worn many hats—actor, director, producer, and dancer.  His career began on the dance floor and gracefully evolved into a rich tapestry of artistic achievements. Beyond the stage, Corey brings over 20 years of experience in non-profit administration and 16 years of grassroots fundraising expertise. His dedication to the arts extends to teaching, where he inspires and mentors the next generation of creatives. Passionate and welcoming, Corey combines a wealth of experience with a genuine commitment to making a difference in our local communities.

  • JJ Hernandez

    JJ has been doing theater in the Valley for the past 10 years. He started, after earning his BFA in Theater Performance from CWU, at ICCA in their production of A Midsummer Night's Dream. JJ also has experience teaching all ages about performing, orating and improvising.  When he's not performing you can probably find him managing Krampus Kave, Leavenworth's very own friendly local game store. JJ loves this community and is very excited to be invited to help share his passion of theater production.

  • Pick the tier price that works best for you and your budget. Picking the highest tier when possible ensures that we can continue offering high quality programming to all students and campers.

  • Camp directors will reach out prior to the start of camp with a list of items that should or should not be brought to camp.

  • Camp may differ with rules concerning cell phones and electronics but generally, our camps are screen free spaces. Camp directors will include more information concerning devices as camp dates approach.

  • There are lots of places to stay in Leavenworth. The Sleeping Lady Resort is right next door to Icicle Creek Center for the Arts or you can visit leavenworth.org to explore more options.

  • If you cancel:

    By April 1, receive refund of all payments except $25 fee

    Between April 2 and 14 days before start of camp receive 50% refund of all payments except $25 fee

    Less than 14 days before start of camp, no refunds will be made
