Tiered on a pay what you can scale.
A hands-on camp for future authors, artists, game designers, performers, teachers, leaders, and any young person with a big imagination and a love for stories. Campers will write creatively, inventing their own original characters and worlds. They’ll use art to make their new worlds come to life, and then learn how to tell stories collaboratively by running tabletop-style role playing games with their peers.

Holly Thorpe (she/her) is a writer, educator and community organizer based out of North Central Washington. She is English faculty at Wenatchee Valley College. She is currently earning her Ph.D. in Education at Seattle Pacific University. Learn more about Holly at hollyithorpe.com. -
Josh Wood
INSTRUCTOR
Josh brings 40 years of experience in the field of Nerd. He graduated from the school of Dragonlance and Baldur’s Gate in the late 90s and continued his study with Tolkien snobbery for most of the early 2000s. He’s been daydreaming as a world-builder and DM-ing as often as possible since and is currently raising four more small nerds. In his spare time, he role plays as a level 15 human hospital administrator.

Camp directors will reach out prior to the start of camp with a list of items that should or should not be brought to camp.

Camp may differ with rules concerning cell phones and electronics but generally, our camps are screen free spaces. Camp directors will include more information concerning devices as camp dates approach.
